Abstract: THE PURPOSE OF THE SURVEY IS GATHER DATA FOR THE FEASIBILITY STUDY MANDATED BY P.L. 101-543, SECTION 103, SUBSECTIONS (C) AND 9D). THE REPORT ON FEASIBILITY IS DUE TO CONGRESS ON 8/01/91. DATA REQUESTED WILL FOCUS ON INSTITUTIONS' ABILITY TO REPORT UNDERGRADUATE GRADUATE COMPLETION RATES AND CRIMES ON CAMPUSES.
