Abstract: MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARDS, MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY, CHILD RESTRAINTS PASSENGER CARS/AIRCRAFT' MANUFACTURERS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE EACH CHILDE RESTRAINT WITH A PERMANENTLY ATTACHED LABEL AND AN INSTRUCTION BROCHURE WHICH GIVES THE MODEL, MANUFACTURER'S NAME, DATE OF MANUFACTURE, CERTIFICATION THA THE SEAT CONFORMS WITH FMVSS 213, AND OWNER'S NAME AND ADDRESS IN CASE OF A RECALL.
