Abstract: QUESTIONNAIRE WILL SURVEY 330 PUBLIC OFFICIALS, SCIENTISTS, PLANNERS, ENGINEERS AND DEVELOPERS TO DETERMINE THE NATURAL HAZARDS, DEVELOPMENT CLIMATES AND POLITICAL SETTINGS PRESENT IN COMMUNITIES WITH PROBABLE ALLUVIAL FAN FLOOD PROBLEMS.
