Abstract: FORM 4EX IS A MODIFICATION OF SBA FORM 4 AND IS DESIGNED TO BE USED FO ERLC LOANS IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE EXPORT PILOT PROGRAM. THE FORM HAS BEEN REDUCED FROM 3 PAGES (FORM 4) TO TWO PAGES. THIS FORM WILL REPLAC FORM 4 FOR EXPORT LOANS IN PILOT SITES, THUS THERE WILL BE NO ADDED BURDEN. THE OTHER FORMS WHICH ARE BEING REVISED WILL REPLACE CURRENTLY-USED FORMS AND ALSO ADD NO ADDITIONAL BURDEN.
