APPLICANTS WHO LIVE OUTSIDE THE U.S. WILL COMPLETE THIS QUESTIONNAIRE AS A PARTIAL SUBSTITUTE FOR THE INTERVIEW, THUS SAVING MONEY ON INTERNATIONAL TELEPHONE CALLS.
