with the Paperwork Reduction Act and 5 CFR 1320, the information
collection is approved through June 1992. Should the agen choose to
resubmit the collection at that time, it should include an
evaluation of paperwork burden imposed by the implementation of the
user fee regulations. This should include a reestimate of the
actual burden imposed and a description of efforts to streamline
the process and to identify unnecessary duplication.
