Abstract: FNS-52 IS A FORM SUBMITTED BY STATE AGENCIES TO ORDER USDA-DONATED COMMODITIES. THE FOOD AND NUTRITION SERVICE AND THE AGRICULTURAL STABILIZATION AND CONSERVATION SERVICE ALSO USE THE FORM TO FACILITATE THE ORDERING AND SHIPMENT OF COMMODITIES.
