Abstract: TELECOMMUNICATION ANALYSIS SERVICES (TAS) IS A SELF-SUSTAINING COMPUTE SERVICE ORGANIZATION THAT PROVIDES PROPAGATION SERVICE FOR PUBLIC AND PRIVATE USAGE. TAS WILL BE PURCHASING A NEW COMPUTER AND WOULD LIKE T PROCURE ONE THAT BEST MEETS CUSTOMER NEEDS. IN ORDER TO DO THIS, A SURVEY IS THE MOST EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE METHOD TO DETERMINE THOSE NEEDS.
