Abstract: THIS FORM IS USED BY ALIENS TO APPLY TO WAIVE EXCLUDABILITY FROM THE UNITED STATES PURSUANT TO PROVISIONS AS AMENDED BY SECTION 601 OF THE IMMIGRATION ACT OF 1990, P.L. 101-649. THIS NEW FORM REPLACES THE CURRENT I-191, I-192, I-193, I-212, I-6-1. I-602 AND 612 NOW USED TO APPLY FOR VARIOUS WAIVERS.
