than July 31, 1991, a plan for increasing the response rate to an
acceptable level as outlined in David Mader's letter to Jim MacRae
dated July 18, 1991. It is our understnading that the surv will be
a probability survey without replacement. In the request for
extension of this approval the Department shall report on the first
six months of survey operations. Remarks entered August 1, 1991 -
Approved through September 1992. The Department shall submit a
detailed report of the first six months of survey operations at the
time further extension is requested

A NEW CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY FOR
THE IRS PROBLEM RESOLUTION PROGRAM WILL BE USED TO COLLECT DATA TO
HELP EVALUATE AND IMPROVE THE PRP PROGRAM. THE SAMPLE WILL BE DRAWN
FROM USERS OF THE PROBLEM RESOLUTION PROGRAM.
