Abstract: THE STUDENT AID REPORT (SAR) IS USED TO NOTIFY APPLICANTS OF THEIR ELIGIBILITY TO RECEIVE FEDERAL FINANCIAL AID. THE FORM IS SUBMITTED B THE APPLICANT TO THE PARTICIPATING INSTITUTION OF THEIR CHOICE. THE INSTITUTION SUBMITS PART 3 OF THE SAR PAYMENT VOUCHERS TO OBTAIN FUNDS FOR STUDENTS OR TO DECREASE THE INSTITUTION'S ALLOCATION.
