This collection
of information is approved through June, 1994. However, EPA has
failed to demonstrate that the periodic reporting requirements of
this ICR have practical utility. EPA, therefore, may not require
the periodic reporting of production data or any other information.
However, if the Agency finds that specific fuels, additives, or
constituents warrant special concern, the ICR may be amended to
allow for periodic collection of information with respect to these
special cases.
