Abstract: PESTICIDE REGISTRANTS WILL REPORT AND KEEP RECORDS OF DATA FROM STUDIE RELATIVE TO THE PESTICIDES WHICH ARE CURRENTLY REGISTERED UNDER THE FIFRA. THEY WILL SUBMIT REPORTS WHEN THE NEED ARISES FOR ADDITIONAL DATA, NOT PREVIOUSLY REQUIRED, TO SUPPORT THE CONTINUED REGISTRATION WILL CAUSE ANY ADVERSE EFFECTS TO HUMANS OR THE ENVIRONMENT.
