THE REGULATION WILL AMEND 24 CFR PART
885 WHICH GOVERNS PROJECTS THAT RECEIVE DIRECT LOANS UNDER SECTION
202 OF THE HOUSING ACT OF 1959 AND HOUSING ASSISTANCE UNDER SECTION
8 OF THE UNITED STATES HOUSING ACT OF 1937. THE PROPOSED RULE WOULD
ADD REGULATORY PROVISIONS TO GOVERN THE HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS
CONTRACT, PROJECT OPERATIONS AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
