Abstract: SECTION 359 A(F) OF THE AGRICULTURAL ADJUSTMENT ACT OF 1938, AS AMENDE REQUIRED THAT THE SECRETARY PRESCRIBE A FORM FOR USE BY HANDLERS AND PRODUCERS IN CONTRACTING ADDITIONAL PEANUTS. THE ACT PROVIDES THAT TH FORM SHALL REQUIRE SUCH INFORMATION AS THE SECRETARY DETERMINES APPROPRIATE TO ENSURE THE PROPER HANDLING OF THE ADDITIONAL PEANUTS.
