Abstract: REGULATION HAS BEEN AMENDED TO REDEFINE THE DEFINITION OF SINGLE ENTERPRISE, REMOVE THE REQUIREMENT THAT NONESSENTIAL ASSETS BE SOLD AS A CONDITION FOR AN EM LOAN, AND ADD A CONDITION THAT APPLICANT PLEDGE ALL NONESSENTIAL ASSETS AS SECURITY FOR PROPOSED EM LOAN.
