Abstract: Information will be used, in conjunction with other objective procedures, in determining lost productive time and participating beneficiary satisfaction with chiropractic services rendered under the CHAMPUS Chiropractic Care Demonstration. Respondents will be a random sampling of participating and nonparticipating CHAMPUS beneficiaries in the States of Colorado and Washington.
