Abstract: STATE AGENCIES ARE REQUIRED TO PERFORM QC REVIEWS FOR THE AID TO FAMILIES WITH DEPENDENT CHILDREN, FOOD STAMP, AND MEDICAID PROGRAMS. THE INTEGRATED QC REVIEW WORKSHEET IS DESIGNED TO COLLECT BOTH CASE CHARACTERISTICS AND QC DATA FOR ALL QC REVIEWS IN THE THREE FEDERAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS LISTED ABOVE.
