Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY USE OF FORM SSA-1535 IS NEEDED TO PROVIDE THE CENSUS BUREAU SUFFICIENT IDENTIFYING INFORMATION TO ALL ACCURATE SEARCH OF CENSUS RECORDS FOR PROOF OF AGE OF AN INDIVIDUAL. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPRISED OF INDIVIDUALS WHO NEED TO OBTAIN A CENSUS RECORD IN ORDER TO PROVE THEIR AGE.
