Abstract: THE NONIMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION IS USED FOR ADMINISTRATION OF PROVISIONS OF THE IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALLY ACT. IT IS REQUIRED OF ALIENS SEEKING A VISA TO ENTER THE UNITED STATES FOR A TEMPORARY STAY. INFORMATION ASSISTS THE CONSULAR OFFICER TO DETERMINE THE ELIGIBILITY AND CLASSIFICATION OF THE ALIEN.
