Abstract: TITLE VII MANDATES THAT BILINGUAL EDUCATION GRANTEES SUBMIT ANNUAL EVALUATION REPORTS WHICH ARE TO INCLUDE THE NEEDS OF LEP CHILDREN, PROJECT STAFF, SERVICES, STUDENT CHARACTERISTICS, AND STUDENT PROGRESS THE TITLE VII DATA COLLECTION AND EVALUATION SYSTEM IS DESIGNED TO ASSIST DEVELOPMENTAL BILINGUAL EDUCATION PROJECTS IN MEETING THESE REQUIREMENTS.
