Abstract: THE U.S. IS NEGOTIATING A TREATY TO BAN CHEMICAL WEAPONS (CW). ONE OF THE PROVISIONS IS ROUTINE ON-SITE INSPECTION OF PRODUCERS, PROCESSORS, CONSUMERS AND DISTRIBUTORS OF CW PERCURSORS. THIS SURVEY IS TO DETERMINE THE NUMBER AND IDENTITY OF U.S. CHEMICAL FACILITIES WHICH WILL BE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION.
