Abstract: THE MEMS WILL ENABLE A.I.D. TO COLLECT ACCURATE DATA ON ITS MICROENTERPRISE ACTIVITIES AND MAKE ACCURATE REPORTS TO THE U.S. CONGRESS. IT WILL ALSO ENABLE A.I.D. TO BETTER MANAGE ITS MICROENTERPRISE PROGRAMS. MEMS WILL REQUIRE A.I.D. EMPLOYEES AND GRANT/LOAN RECIPIENTS TO PROVIDE DETAILED INFORMATION ON THEIR MICROENTERPRISE PROGRAMS.
