Abstract: UNDER PART 1703, REACT BORROWERS REQUESTING LOAN OR GRANT FUNDS FOR RURAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS MUST SEND REA AN APPLICATION, BOAR RESOLUTION, VARIOUS CERTIFICATIONS AND ASSURANCES, AND A WRITTEN NARRATIVE THAT DESCRIBES THE PROJECT. BORROWERS MUST EXECUTE LEGAL DOCUMENTS AND PROVIDE A GENERAL ACCOUNTING ON THE USE OF FUNDS. BORROWERS MUST ALSO SUBMIT AGREEMENTS TO REA FOR APPOVAL.
