BORROWERS MUST EXECUTE LEGAL DOCUMENTS AND PROVIDE A GENERAL ACCOUNTING ON THE USE OF FUNDS. BORROWERS MUST ALSO SUBMIT AGREEMENTS TO REA FOR APPOVAL.
