collection is approved through 9-92 under the following conditions:
FNS will add American Indian to A15 in the Dietary Intake and other
pertinent sections per Directive 15 on Race and Ethnic Standards.
FNS should delete A4 from the A.5 Dietary Intake Section, and any
similar set of questions, for the utility of this line of
questioning is unclear. In addition, anywhere the survey asks why
the child has not eaten the lunch, FNS will add an option tha the
child was not hungry.

DATA WILL BE COLLECTED DURING FY
1991-92 FROM SCHOOL FOOD AUTHORITIES, SCHOOLS, STUDENTS AND
STUDENTS' PARENTS OR GUARDIANS. THE DATA WILL B USED TO ANSWER
QUESTIONS ABOUT THE NUTRIENT CONTENT OF FOODS AVAILABLE TO STUDENTS
FOR LUNCH AND BREAKFAST, THE DIETARY IMPACT OF SCHOOL LUNC AND
BREAKFAST AND STUDENT FOOD SELECTIONS.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
