Pursuant to the
Paperwork Reduction Act, OMB has approved this information
collection until July 1992 with the understanding that when CDC
develops a study to test its hypotheses, in determining the kinds
and levels of services currently being provided in funded sites,
and in collecting qualitative data about the factors affecting
service delivery, CDC will select sites to ensure a representative
sample of all CDC-supported sites across the country.

PUBLIC HEALTH CLINICS PROVIDING HIV
COUNSELING, TESTING, REFERRAL AND PARTNER NOTIFICATION SERVICES
WILL BE SURVEYED. THROUGH ON-SITE OBSERVATION AND INTERVIEW, THE
KINDS AND LEVELS OF SERVICES PROVIDED A THE FACTORS AFFECTING
SERVICES DELIVERY WILL BE ASCERTAINED.
