Abstract: THE FOCUS GROUP INTERVIEWS ARE NECESSARY TO OBTAIN EXECUTIVES' PERCEPTIONS OF HOW SOCIETY BENEFITS FROM THE SERVICE'S TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM AND TO OBTAIN THEIR IDEAS FOR QUANTIFYING THESE BENEFITS. THIS QUALITATIVE INFORMATION WILL BE USED BY THE SERVICE IN DEVELOPING AN APPROACH TO ESTABLISH AN OPTIMAL LEVEL OF SERVICE.
