Abstract: EPA RECENTLY RECEIVED ALLEGATIONS THAT SOME DATA PRODUCED BY CRAVEN LABORATORIES, INC., AND SUBMITTED TO THE AGENCY MAY HAVE BEEN FALSIFIED. AS PART OF AN ONGOING INVESTIGATION, EPA IS REQUESTING THAT COMPANIES WHOSE PESTICIDE TOLERANCE AND REGISTRATIONS ARE BASED ON CRAVEN GENERATED DATA SUBMIT AVAILABLE ALTERNATE DATA IN SUPPORT OF THESE PESTICIDES. THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO DETERMINE WHETHER THESE TOLERANCES AND REGISTRATIONS MAY CONTINUE.
