Abstract: THIS PROPOSED RULE WOULD IMPLEMENT CERTAIN CHANGES MADE TO THE SECTION 108 LOAN GUARANTEE PROGRAM BY SECTION 910 OF THE CRANSTON GONZALEZ NATIONAL AFFORDABLE HOUSING ACT (P.L. 101-625, APPROVED NOVEMBER 28, 1990).
