Abstract: OPERATOR SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE REQUIRED TO FILE REPORTS TO THE FCC ON RATES, COMPLAINTS AND COST INFORMATION. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED BY THE COMMISSION FOR MONITORING PURPOSES AND TO PREPARE REPORTS TO CONGRESS AS REQUIRED BY THE TELEPHONE OPERATOR CONSUMER SERVICES IMPROVEMENT ACT OF 1990 (TOSCIA).
