Abstract: THE NSF UNDERGRADUATE FACULTY ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM MAKES GRANTS TO COLLEGES AND PROFESSIONAL SOCIETIES TO CONDUCT SHORT COURSES/WORKSHOPS FOR FACULTY MEMBERS IN SCIENCE, MATHEMATICS, AND ENGINEERING TO ASSIST UNDERGRADUATE FACULTY IN LEARNING NEW IDEAS AND TECHNIQUES IN THEIR FIELDS TO IMPROVE THEIR UNDERGRADUATE TEACHING. THIS IS AN ASSESSMENT OF THAT PROGRAM.
