Abstract: THE WITHDRAWAL INFORMATION CARD WILL BE SENT TO PEACE CORPS APPLICANTS WHOSE APPLICATIONS HAVE REACHED THE POINT OF PROCESSING IN WASHINGTON, BUT WHO CHOSE TO WITHDRAW. THE AGENCY WILL USE THIS CARD TO ASSESS PROBLEMS WITH THE VOLUNTEER DELIVERY SYSTEM AND TO MAKE APPROPRIATE ADJUSTMENTS AS INDICATED BY THE SURVEY.
