Abstract: GROUP ADMINISTRATION INTERVIEWS WITH PARTICIPANTS IN THE PREVENTION PROJECTS RELATING TO DRUGS AND YOUTH GANGS, AND WITH NON-PARTICIPANTS WILL BE USED TO ASSESS PROJECT EFFECTS. DATA WILL ALSO BE GATHERED ON PARTICIPANT CHARACTERISTICS AND THE PROJECT SERVICES THEY RECEIVE. FINDINGS WILL BE REPORTED TO CONGRESS, AS MANDATED.
