Confidential Data Request." ETA has not however, demonstrat that
the proposed deletion of question 6(b) will increase the practica
utility of this information collection. Therefore, ETA shall retain

STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS UNDER THE TRADE
ACT OF 1974 AS AMENDED REQUIRE COMPLETE AND ACCURATE BUSINESS
CONFIDENTIAL DATA IN ORDER TO MAKE DETERMINATIONS AS TO WHETHER
IMPORT HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO WORKER SEPARATION. THE SECRETARY OF
LABOR'S DETERMINATIONS DECIDE IF PETITIONING WORKERS ARE ELIGIBLE
TO APPLY FOR WORKER ADJUSTMENT ASSISTANCE.
