Abstract: THE INFORMATION COLLECTED WILL EVALUATE THE SIZE AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE POPULATION AFFECTED BY JOB DISPLACEMENT AND HENCE THE NEEDS AND SCOPE OF THE JOB TRAINING AND PARTNERSHIP ACT PROGRAMS. THESE DATA WI ALSO SHOW INDUSTRIES THAT HAVE BEEN HARDEST HIT DURING THE 1990-91 RECESSION.
