Abstract: THESE SURVEYS ARE DEVELOPED JOINTLY BY CUSTOMS AND THE TRADE GROUPS. CUSTOMS THAN SURVEYS ITS EMPLOYEES, WHILE THE TRADE GROUP SURVEYS ITS MEMBERS. THE PURPOSE OF THE SURVEYS IS TO GET USER VIEWPOINTS TO HELP MAKE IMPROVMENTS TO THE ACS.
