The package submitted for OMB review is dated August 1987, and these regulations were amended in May 1990. -- OMB grants continued approval of regulatory provision 607.11. -- ED shall reformat the package to ensure that the form which appears on the reverse of the SF424 is placed immendiately after the accompanying instructions, or on the same page if possible. -- ED shall correct the page references to forms throughout the packag and specifically on pp. 24, 28, and 31.
