Abstract: THIS COLLECTION IS INTENDED TO CARRY OUT THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTIONS 5, 7, AND 41 OF THE FEDERAL POWER ACT. THOSE SECTIONS DIRECT THE COMMISSION TO ISSUE PRELIMINARY PERMITS TO MAINTAIN PRIORITY APPLICATION FOR A LICENSE WHILE THE PERMITTEE MAKES FEASIBILITY STUDIES AND PRELIMINARY APPLICATION DATA COLLECTIONS.
