Abstract: COMPLAINTS AND RESPONDENTS OF CLOSED FAIR HOUSING ACT CASES WILL BE INTERVIEWED BY TELEPHONE TO DETERMINE WHY EITHER PARTY AFTER A CHARGE WAS ISSUED, ELECTED THE ADMINISTRATIVE OR JUDICIAL PROCESS TO OBTAIN RELIEF. HUD WILL EVALUATE THE DATA TO DETERMINE THE IMPACT IT MIGHT HAVE HAD ON THE ELECTION PROCESS.
