Abstract: THIS PROPOSED REGULATION IS BEING ISSUED TO IMPLEMENT SECTION 1465 OF THE AGRICULTURE, CONSERVATION, AND TRADE ACT OF 1990, P.L. 101-624. T INTENDED EFFECT OF THIS ACTION IS TO ASSIST STATES IN FINANCING FARM LAND PRESERVATION FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS. THE FARMERS HOME ADMINISTRATION WAS AUTHORIZED BY THE FOOD, AGRICULTURE, CONSERVATION, AND TRADE ACT OF 1990 TO GUARANTEE LOANS TO ASSIST STATES IN FINANCING
