OF HEAT PROCESSED MEAT AND POULTR PRODUCTS WITH PATHOGENS SUCH AS
SALMONELLA, LISTERIA, OR OTHER TYPES O BACTERIA COMMONLY FOUND IN
OR ON MEAT AND POULTRY PRODUCTS THAT HAVE N RECEIVED SIMILAR HEAT
PROCESSING, THE AGENCY HAS PRESCRIBED CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS WHICH
HAVE SHOWN TO BE EFFECTIVELY PREVENT CONTAMINATION OF HEAT
PROCESSED PRODUCT.
