Abstract: P.L. 99-506 REQUIRES THAT PROGRAMS SUPPORTED UNDER THE ACT BE EVALUATE THIS EVALUATION WILL DESCRIBE CURRENT QA SYSTEM IN VR AGENCIES, THROUG A MAIL SURVEY OF VR AGENCIES DIRECTORS AND STAFF AND THROUGH SITE VISITS. A MANUAL ON QUALITY ASSURANCE IN VR WILL BE PRODUCED.
