Abstract: THIS PACKAGE PROVIDES INSTRUCTIONS AND A FORM NECESSARY FOR STATES TO REPORT THE SETTINGS IN WHICH HANDICAPPED CHILDREN SERVED UNDER CHAPTER OF ESEA (SOP) RECEIVE SPECIAL EDUCATION AS RELATED SERVICES. THE FORM SATISFIES REPORTING REQUIREMENTS IN THIS AREA AND IS USED BY ESEP TO MONITOR SEAS AND FOR CONGRESSIONAL REPORTING.
