Terms of Clearance: Approved as amended by ED's memoranda to OMB of 10/31/91 and 11/15/91. In addition, ED has agreed to the following terms: -- With this approval, OMB approves regulatory provisions 690.77 and 690.83, regarding the governance of thePell Grant Program. -- The Verification Worksheets are approved under the condition that their requirements will not change when final regulations for verification become effective. -- ED shall submit an inventory correction worksheet to account for th burden of the Verification Worksheets under the SAR approval, 1840-013 ED shall simultaneously reduce the burden for 1840-0570, under which t burden for these Worksheets is currently counted. -- ED shall continue all efforts toward achieving full institutional participation in electronic submission of SARs. The next clearance package for the SAR shall discuss progress made by these efforts, and shall estimate a target date for full participation. -- ED shall provide OMB with its responses to SAR commenters who will receive a letter answering their comment as soon as possible. -- ED shall provide OMB with the most recent complete version of SAR comment edits.
