Terms of Clearance: This ICR is approved through March, 1994, as requested by DOE. OMB is pleased that DOE included copies of their ICRFs for each of the collection instruments. When DOE resubmits this ICR, it should attach to each ICRF a copy of the collection instrument and instructions, as required by the instructions for completing an SF-83. Furthermore, DOE should obtain a current copy of each instrument and its instructions.
