This action
corrects an erroneous OMB action of July 18, 1991. OMB reinstates
approval for forms currently in use: HUD Forms 92001, 92001 92001B,
92001C, 92001D, 92001E & 92001-V. These forms are approved for
nine months. HUD shall not make revisions to the above listed forms
that reflect information collection changes associated with the
proposed rule. Pursuant to 5 CFR 1320.4, HUD shall publish the
requir burden hour disclosure statement on HUD Forms 921001A-D.
Items #1,3, and #4 in OMB's action of July 19, 1991 constitute
comment filed under Section 3504(H) of the Paperwork Reduction
Act.
