choose to resubmit this information collection for clearance at
that time, it shall provide greater justification of the practical
utility of this collection. The justification statement shall
include (1) any instructions or guidance issued to the field
concerning this collection; (2) a summary of the number of
applications refused approval, including those that are approved
upon appeal; (3) the numbe of enforcement actions that result from
the use of this data; (4) a summary of other information sources
used by the agency for enforcemen actions, and an achieve the
purposes of this information collection, and; (5) a breakdown of
the total staff time and overhead that is dedicated to this program
