Abstract: IN ACCORDANCE WITH TITLE V OF THE HOUSING ACT OF 1949, THIS REGULATION PROMULGATES THE POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR MAKING LOANS AND GRANTS FO RURAL RENTAL HOUSING TO ELIGIBLE VERY LOW, LOW, AND MODERATE INCOME RESIDENTS AT AFFORDABLE RENTAL RATES.
