We have approved
this information collection package for less than the maximum
three-year period allowed under the Paperwork Reduction Act fo the
following reasons: 1) ETA should submit evidence that it has used
this information collection to produce a required evaluation of
demonstration projects (Section 736 of the Homeless Act). 2) ETA
shou demonstrate the practical utility of quarterly reporting for
this information. If the agency cannot show that it acts upon data
receive on a quarterly basis, it should consider a less frequent
reporting requirement, e.g. biannually.
