Abstract: P.L. 99-506 REQUIRES THAT ALL PROGRAMS SUPPORTED UNDER THE ACT TO BE EVALUATED. THIS EVALUATION WILL PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT PROBLEMS WI STAFF SHORTAGES AND TURNOVER. RESPONDENTS TO THREE NATIONAL SURVEYS INCLUDE THE UNIVERSE OF STATE VR DIRECTORS, VR OFFICE SUPERVISORS, AND UNIVERSITY TRAINING PROGRAM DIRECTORS.
